We are big believers in the entourage effect of the hemp plant. There are hundreds of compounds in hemp including CBD, THC, flavonoids, and terpenes. While many of these individual compounds have specific healing attributes, we believe that when combined, the therapeutic impact of the whole plant is greater than consuming the individual compounds. This is why the majority of the products we provide include full spectrum hemp oil. It includes all components of the hemp plant so you get the greatest therapeutic effect. The great thing about the hemp plant is that, by definition, it only has .3% or less THC. This is enough to work in synergy with the CBD, but not enough to feel the high that is associated with THC.
All of our products are made in small batch, artisan quantities. We feel that this allows us to maintain a higher level of quality and freshness than if we mass produced batches. This way of doing things does take more time and is more labor intensive, but we feel that it produces an unmatched quality of product in the end. We are dedicated to bringing you the same level of quality to our community that we would give to our loved ones.
On top of what is required of us as manufactures, many of our procedures are ones voluntarily followed. It is our desire to make sure that the standards of quality are met, and even exceed what is set by state or national governing bodies. This is why we use facilities that exceed the state kitchen regulations and follow good manufacturing processes. We also label our products according to the requirements of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. We voluntarily follow these procedures in hopes of legitimizing the CBD industry both within our state and beyond.
